Spa Reservations

We recommend that you book your services well in advance of your arrival so that we may best meet your scheduling requests. For a quicker response, we recommend that you call as opposed to using the email link.

Health Conditions

When booking your reservation, please advise us of any serious health conditions, physical limitations or special needs as this may affect your choice of services. Your therapist will go over your concerns and will advise which treatments are best for you.

Cancellation

Spa services are extremely popular. While we certainly understand that your plans can change, the treatments you select are reserved especially for you. For individual services, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged in full. For packages & groups, we require 24 hours notice per person for cancellations (example: a group of six would need to cancel six days prior). This policy allows others to enjoy our services, as well as recognizing the value of the time of our talented spa therapists.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check in. Prior to your service, you will fill out a client consultation form which enables our therapists to better serve you. Arriving less than 15 minutes prior may limit the time for your treatment thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will still end on time regardless of when you arrived.

cell phones/courtesy

We do not allow the use of cell phones in the spa or treatment rooms. We kindly ask that you enjoy quiet conversation while in the spa and to silence your cellphone. Should you attempt to use your phone during your service (unless it’s an emergency) your service may be terminated and you will be charged for your service.

Spa Attire

A robe and spa sandals will be provided for you or, you may bypass the locker room and go directly to your treatment room to prepare for your service. This is your option. Hotel guests may come as you are or feel free to come in your robe and slippers. Undergarments are not necessary but you may wear them if you prefer. Spa wraps will be provided for facial treatments. Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Valuables

Please do not bring or leave valuables in the Spa. We will not be responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.

Should you shave before a treatment?

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services. We do, however recommend that men shave two hours prior to their scheduled facial treatment. If he has sensitive skin, the night before.

Age Requirement

All spa guests must be 18 or older to schedule a treatment. Underage guests must be accompanied by an adult.
